Welcome!
St. John’s United Church of Christ is a small church with a big heart—rooted in history, shaped by faith, and held together by the love of Jesus Christ. Whether you’re seeking connection or a place to belong, you’ll find a warm welcome here. Our Sunday service is usually about 45 minutes, offering a meaningful time of praise and reflection to begin your week.
Our story is long, but our welcome is immediate.
Did you Know?
The word Epiphany means “to reveal” or “to make known”
In the church year, Epiphany celebrates how Jesus’ identity and mission were revealed—first to the Magi, then through His baptism, and throughout His ministry. It’s a season of light, discovery, and seeing God in new ways.
Traditionally celebrated on January 6, Epiphany remembers the visit of the Magi, who followed a star to find the Christ child. Their journey reminds us that God’s love reaches far and wide, welcoming all people into the story of Jesus.
Rooted in the truth of Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek to grow in faith, deepen our discipleship, and share God’s grace with the world.
We welcome all who long for hope, fellowship, and a deeper walk with Christ.
As a community, we commit ourselves to listening deeply, learning humbly, and living boldly in response to God’s timeless truth.
We seek to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through worship, prayer, and service. Rooted in tradition yet open to the future, we strive to be a welcoming space for all who enter our doors.
Our mission is simple: love of church, love of neighbor, love of God.
